Everything was as advertised, the view from the large lanai was spectacular, the condo very clean, comfortable and contained absolutely everything you could need. Fantastic accomodation
The accomodation was beautiful-just as described-and very clean. Becky was very helpful with getting information to me regarding our stay and check in, and also in answering questions I had along the way. The location gave us easy access to Gasparilla Island, grocery store, and beautiful scenery. This property met my expectations and then some. I would highly recommend this to others.

Amazing Waterfront Getaway
This condo is immaculate, very nicely furnished, decorated and well equipped and supplied. Extremely relaxing to sit on the double width Lanai and enjoy the amazing waterfront view and boating activity. Very convenient to docks and marina next door and just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Boca Grande. Becky is an excellent host and great with communication and detail!! Planning to return later this year and hopefully on a regular basis thereafter.

Perfect stay for two guys fishing.
Becky's place was perfect and an excellent value.The location was ideal - our fishing guides picked us up right at the dock and then dropped us at the restaurant walking distance away. This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We found it clean, spacious and well furnished, with a view which is superb! Becky is a great host and communication was excellent. Beautiful property and location, excellent support
The balcony views in the mornings and evenings were beautiful. We rented a boat for the week at the marina next door and enjoyed the inland waterway and fishing. Becky is a great owner and host.

Everything about this condo was perfect-Location (on canal leading to Little Gasparilla Sound with dock access to marina/restaurant), view (expansive screen porch overlooking Sound), decor, size, kitchen (well-stocked), bedrooms, large baths, amenities (pool/tennis).
