Our house is a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bath heated pool home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles away from the Gulf and about 14 miles away from the beach. Close to shopping centers, golf courses, and restaurants! Our home is fully furnished with everything you need for a week getaway or to stay for a longer-term.
We have a spacious screened pool area with a covered lanai and seating areas. Inside, a spacious kitchen and living area, all great for entertaining.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house and pool were nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The bicycles were a bonus with the bike trail around the corner. We had some minor issues and the host was quick to respond.

Great rental near the beach
This property was very clean and well maintained! AJ was very attentive and accessible during our stay. We had no issues at all. Having a private pool was a big bonus and the beach was a short drive. We can't say enough great things about this rental. We will be back!

Slice of paradise for family
We spend a wonderful vacation in this newer Vacation Home. Everything was as described, the neighborhood is quiet. Host easy to communicate with. Everything was as described, and we enjoyed time with our family. Big dining table perfect for family, dinners, and boardgames. Swimming in the heated pool was a bonus, since the weather did not always cooperate. Great spot to have your happy hour drink by the pool and catch the last rays of the sun. Thanks we will be back.

Spacious and Restful
This is a modern, spacious and very clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool and seating area is attractive and well maintained while the double garage is spacious and has a useful selection of bicycles and beach equipment. The location is particularly good for those wanting to visit Gasparilla Island and its beautiful beaches and major supermarkets are within short driving distances.

Beautiful Home Close to Beaches
We really had a great stay at this home. It was spacious and stayed cool without having to blast the AC. We enjoyed the pool so much. It is a very quiet area and not too much to do but we were there for beaches more than anything. There about 4/5 beaches within a 30 min drive. This house had everything you need including kitchen appliances and linens/towels which were all clean and in good condition. The beds and living rooms were also comfortable. We had no issues during our visit would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Pool and Beach vacation
Home is exactly as shown in the photographs. Very close to bike trail, beach, grocery store, and gym (with fee). We went to the gym every morning and then either to the beach or pool. Very quiet neighborhood even though there are a few homes under construction down the street (we never heard them). The home was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, water floats and bikes. We really enjoyed our stay and the nice weather. When we returned home to Michigan, it was 39 degrees and raining :(

Amazing house
Great experience. We were visiting parents and this was a perfect location for our family. The host is amazing, easy to communicate with, prompt with communication letting us know that we were able to check in early if we desired to. Simple check in. We had no issues at all. This new house just spotless and well maintained. We rented a lot of vacation properties before and this property was one of the best. Feels like home, very clean and has everything we need. The pool is nice and clean. Quiet street, safe neighborhood, close to the shopping center. Would absolutely love to stay again for a longer term. Definitely recommend.
