The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The facilities were exceptional, including a gym, pool, spa, tennis courts, and kids' club. The beach was located only a few seconds away, which had a very soft, sandy beach and was very clean. "My stay was really enjoyable. All the staff were nice apart from the housekeeping who never cleaned our room even when we put the sign the most they did was supply toilet roll. Never cleaned the floor or picked up the wet towel or vacuumed. It got so bad that we have roaches in the room and had to change rooms. But other than that the stay was brilliant. The staff in the restaurants, bar and animations staff were all friendly and polite. "
