Summary:
Half Court basketball and trampoline area for the kids to play while the adults relax! Located on a quiet street between Port Elliot and Victor Harbor this property is only a short stroll to the local eateries, shops, and hotels in one direction and the beach in the other. Wi-Fi and Linen Included.

The Space:
Once inside the wide entry hall there is a step up to the second TV and lounge area which has a comfortable sofa and doors out to the yard where you will find a half court basketball area.

Step down to the enormous open plan area where the family will gather around the dining table or rest at the stools by the kitchen island bench. Perhaps some would like to enjoy the two lounges and view the television. In the centre of the home is the kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop, coffee machine (aldi, Expressi Pods), pantry and cooking utensils.

Split system air conditioner. Wood combustion heater - guest must supply own firewood.

Behind the kitchen is Bedroom 1 which has a King bed, walk through robe, ensuite with double basins, large shower and a separate toilet. This room overlooks the back yard and there is access to an outside patio.

Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and clothes hanging space.
Bedroom 3 has a Tri bunk, single bed on top and double on the bottom, and drawer space.
Bedroom 4 has two loft single beds, ceiling fan, drawers and hanging space

The laundry has a washing machine and access to outside.

Fenced on all sides with a fabulous lawned back yard for the children to play whilst you enjoy the spacious BBQ area with outdoor furniture on the timber deck with nearby trampoline. Driveway parking.
