Things to Know
You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay a resort fee. This allows you into the resort and includes two vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Don't believe in pictures ready reviews
The property is so outdated. Very few things can b fixed to bring it up to date. The bathroom walking shower is so nasty the floor has black nasty look like mold around the title lines, also I notice mold around a corner in the ceiling. I did not want to shower there but I had to after putting on my sleepers. In the smaller room the vent is almost fowling down bc is detached from the ceiling just hanging. The place smells old that's my opinion. I will never book with ya again bc they are 2 many fees including had to pay $90 just to get tags for our cars that we had no idea till the last minute when we received a message that's deceiving.
