The Manager of this hotel should not be in the hospitality business, he is very rude. First, he gave me a room with a filthy floor, dust everywhere, pieces of gum, long black hairs, etc., and my feet were sticking to it. I asked for another room next morning and he got very annoyed with me claiming that it was just 'paint' on the floor (a cleaning lady saw the floor and confirmed to me that the floor of the room had not be cleaned in a long time). In any case, after my original complaint, he gave me a room that the A/C did not work at all (the cleaning lady used 3 different remotes to get it to work). By now, he was furious with me, he gave me a room that stunk like mold and with no internet (or very slow) connection. He refused to give me another room and for the next week I was there he treated me horribly, no 'hello', nothing, no smile, only grunting and weird looks! I stopped dropping my key off in the morning so that I could avoid him.. I have been to over 170 countries and never met such a rude hotel manager in the 1,000 or so hotels I have visited over the last 35 years... No wonder why the hotel was alawys empty when I was there..
