I was leased this property showing wrong photo and i was tricked that there was no lift access from the basement floor. I had to move kids, prams and suitcases from the basement parking to the property via a long set of stairs. Very inconvinient after paying a good fee for the property. This is cheating and I will never recommend anyone to stay at Mantra Observatory.
