We dine on the deck on Monday night 2/2/2025, member of my party asked for room temperature bottle water. Drink Waiter bought cold water from the fridge which was clearly cold. She told the waiter she does not drink cold water. Drink Waiter told her she had just put the water in the fridge, we all told her we could clearly see the water came from the fridge…. Waiter then SNATCHED the bottle of water for my party hand and walked away. She was a female with a man hair cut. She never returned with the water she had the other waiter bring it out.

The room is well maintained. Very clean. Internet speed was very good. Everything was very good. The only problem are the taxis outside, because they charge whatever they want, even more than those from the airport. They should have a Hilton shuttle at a fair rate to downtown.
