The property is big and nice but needs renovation in some common areas and especially the Executive Rooms. The pool is the best part. Staff is rude and the Executibe Club offerings are hit or miss.

Needs to be updated limited television channels no microwave in the room. Carpet needs to be replaced the bathroom vainly broken. The keys for the room deactivated had to return to the desk on several occasions to replace it with that I will probably not stay at this location again.

Rooms need serious, serious renovation. Was changed rooms 3 x. Staff were amazing. Rooms smell damp, toxic and look and feel old, well at least the bottom 3 floors. So many ppl complained. Pool area was nice but I didnt get to use it. Food nice.

This hotel was by far one of the best places to be. Being able to see the view and the parks amazing. It can get confusing walking around though, needs more signs. Otherwise five stars!
