One of the receptionist was very unfriendly. Breakfast finished very fast at 9am (bake) Kids ordered hot chocolate but never received it. Lights was not working in room, took one hour to rectify. Magnifying mirror in bathroom was not operating. Bathroom was leaking

So booking through expedia they gave u the worse rooms my firsr room was horrible door couldnt close toilet wont flush 2nd room shower was absolutely horiible the only i say tha was good about this place breakfast staff was amazing front desk not so much the guy that works the night shift was nice i wont reconend if someone asks

The hotel is quite modest. The pool was lovely and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff and the front desk were not the friendliest but they did accommodate us for an early check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
