This is an older home that has had some updates. We appreciate that we were supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, and the propane tank was full. The maid needs to clean under the couch and the ice maker as froze over. Overall it was a nice stay.

The property was amazing looks even better in person Has everything you will need to cook. House was very clean Pool was nice and clean and bigger than picture shows. House was equipped with towels soaps beach activities plenty of games. I celebrated my 40th here it was amazing had bars nearby, Daytona boardwalk was only 10 minutes away and you can drive right on the beach. Definitely will be back loved this place.

Great location with lovely pool and great owners

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, well supplied and the pool was so inviting on the hot hot summer days. The owners were even more amazing. I won’t go into details, but they were so accommodating and kind when they didn’t have to be. Great property and would definitely recommend to anyone with a small family like ours. Our teen and preteen had their own spaces and loved every minute of the vacation.

Lots of living space

The property is excellent. Probably the greatest feature is that the home has an open living plan with 2 dens open to eating area and kitchen, a screened porch and chairs around the pool. It was a great place for our adult extended family to gather and visit.

Good location and family stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Location was great - close to everything. Beach would have been a short 10-15min drive away (well, if hurricanes wouldn't have prevented that). Pool/sand toys were available and enough towels for everyone. There were also board games and cornhole to entertain ourselves with. The only thing I wish we would have known before-hand was that there was no over-the-air regular television available. There were a lot of live sports over the holiday weekend that we wanted to watch. We went elsewhere to view but were bummed it wasn't available at our place. Not a big negative, but would have been good to know. All the apps were available, though, so that was nice. Overall, a good stay.

Great location, close to stores and 5 min if no traffic to Daytona Beach, 15 min with traffic. Close to Sonny’s barbecue which we love. Everything we needed was there! If in the area will book again!!

Spring Break home base.

Nice house roomy house. Properly stocked. We were in town for college visits, Daytona Speedway tour, Kennedy Space Center, and trips to New Smyrna Beach. This house is centrally located to all these things. Would be happy to rent here again. Thanks for a nice stay!
