Extended stay hotel, no cleaning room service, no breakfast, poorly equipped rooms, no dishes, or cutlery, or glasses or cups. Room didn't have operating tv, no shower curtain. Front desk had excuse they are busy because of hurricane. Actually POOR MANAGEMENT.
Didn't like that the tiolet didn't work right had to fix everytime to flush vent in bathroom very dirty also onky had two bath towels and 2 face cloths no hamd towels jad to pay a gee to get clean ones also only 2 carts to transport luggage and one was broken other missing 🤔 so had to carry everything from rm to car
Filthy, carpets nasty, sheets on bed DIRTY, room smelled like smoke-smoke detector covered with plastic so that previous occupants could smoke, air conditioning broken in our room. Requested another room and was told there wasn’t another room available. Then a room all of a sudden became available. It was dirty, couch was filthy and THE AIR WAS BROKEN in that room as well. Someone had to come “fix” the air at 2:00 am. Handled poorly by front desk. Horrible stay, horrible service…save your money! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Fire alarm went off at 5 am for no reason.when we arrived someone was being taken to jail for domestic violence . People argued and screamed in the hallways the next night all night long and no one stopped them. The hotel smelled like dog and cigarettes in a non smoking room would like a refund for the rooms. They need better management and that place really sucks.
Kinda feels like home to me an i like staying here i want to keep my room here id love to work here to keep my room here i dont have any other place to stay it feels like an efficiency apt only thing i dont like is the walls are thin and other people act like everyone in the world dont argue and people are perfect an you dont and arent staying in a motel there loud as it is just se3ms like everyone is in your business here an theres 1 or 2 employes that kinda have crappy attitudes but other than that its a great place working in the hotel business before an commercial ceaning for years id work here an sometimes go the extra mile the people who live here are nice an sweet its pet friendly so it has its ups an downs just like any other place sure theres a couple things the GM needs to change but it works just needs to be better i love staying here over anywhere else i go grom motel to motel an this is my fav they have snack machines an a laundry room very convenient
Received a refund from the hotel, the room and pet hair all over the floor, beds, and desk. There was no pillowcases on the pillows, the beds weren’t made. The room wasn’t cleaned and smelled. It was a terrible experience. The lady at the desk was nice and issued a refund but the hotel was nasty.
Horrible the bathroom weren’t clean pubic hair in the shower and blood stain in the shower curtain. Bed was smelly and the room smelled like a dead animal. The staff won’t even acknowledge you
