Step right into your affordable dream home! This charming, newly remodeled abode boasts three cozy bedrooms and two stunning bathrooms. You'll love the bright living room with its plush sofa and entertainment center, and the well-appointed kitchen with all the must-have appliances. The dining area is ideal for family gatherings, and the spacious outdoor space is the perfect spot for leisurely mornings with your favorite brew.

Nestled in a welcoming neighborhood, this home is an ideal sanctuary for those seeking comfort without the hefty price tag.
We are a pet-friendly home. PLEASE ADD YOUR PET TO YOUR RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING SO THAT THERE IS NO CONFUSION(2 pet max with weight restriction). A $150 pet fee per pet should be applied to your price or we will manually add the pet fee. If your pet leaves an excess amount of fur and they were not on your reservation, you will be charged a fee.
Guests that are staying 28 days or more automatically has to pay for a deep cleaning. Deep cleaning fee is $220
No unregistered guests/pets allowed. We do not allow parties, events, or loud music inside or outside of the property. Violation of the rule will terminate your stay, with No refund, and a fine.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY/EVENTS HOUSE. Please, do not throw any parties/events. Deep cleaning fee is $350.
extra guests must be approved by the host or co-host. Please add all guest that will be sleeping at the home. We no longer can accommodate early/late check-ins/out.
Please leave the furniture in its place and put things back where you find them. Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms or allow your furry friends on the furniture. If furniture or items is damaged or stained due to pet(s), food, or beverage, you will have to pay for it.
There is a strict No Smoking (of any kind) policy on the premises. Any signs of smoke will incur a $300 Fine.
Please clean up after yourselves and your pet(s) and take the trash out during designated trash days1 for the next guest.
Any violations of any of our house rules guest will immediately be asked to leave the property with no refunds.
