The property is on 3 floors, within 50 metres of the beach at Aberavon Seafront, the National Coastal Path and National Cycle Path, and has views over the Swansea Bay and Margam mountain. Aberavon Seafront is one of Wales’ longest sandy beaches with a contemporary promenade that overlooks Swansea Bay.
During the summer, Aberavon is great for water sports including surfing, kayaking, windsurfing and fishing and there are a number of clubs operating organised activities from the beach itself, including the popular Aberavon Surf and Lifesaving Club.
In the winter the seafront is popular with dog walkers, families and cyclists all wrapped up in their winter woollens, but throughout the rest of the year Aberavon is great for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the sea air.
Along with beautiful views over Swansea Bay, Aberavon Seafront also serves up numerous cafes, ice cream parlours, restaurants and public houses where you can count on finding everything from traditional fish and chips to excellent quality dining.
Many people visit Aberavon Seafront for a leisurely stroll or cycle ride along the easily accessible promenade which gently meanders above the two mile long sandy beach.
But, if you are looking for something a little more active try the Adventure Golf Course, Aqua Splash Play Pool, Adventure Playground and Toddler Playground for great fun in the outdoors. Aberavon Seafront is also home to the Aberavon Leisure and Fitness Centre, the Reel six screen cinema and its own hotel, all offer great fun and the opportunity to relax whatever the weather.
