Guest Access:
Transport links are readily available with junction 40 of the M4 approximately 2 miles to the south west via the A4107. Our property is north east of Port Talbot, with the city of Swansea 12 miles to the west and Cardiff 35 miles to the east.

When you arrive at the property there is unrestricted on road parking available close by.

The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
Based in the small village of Cwmafan there are a number of cafes, restaurants and pubs a short walk away. Less than a ten minute drive and you will reach Port Talbot where you will find a shopping centre, leisure centre and and Go Ape. A little further west you will find the city of Swansea less than 12 miles away.

The Afan Forest Park Mountain bike trails are 4 miles to the North East and are named in the top ten places in the world to 'ride before you die'. The park is home to four world class mountain bike trails and two family friendly routes, offering something for both amateur and more experienced bikers alike.

Of course, traversing around on two wheels is not the only way to discover the area and there are a variety of other outdoor pursuits to enjoy, including nature rambles and hikes, horse riding, kayaking, caving, climbing, gorge walking, fishing and visiting the spectacular waterfalls that are all in easy-reach.
