Stylish house with a Mediterranean garden, barbecue, private pool and climate

THE HOUSE:
We launched our little gem in 2000 and have been using it for our own vacation for years. In a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the old district of Portiragnes, it is the ideal starting point for swimming fun, relaxation or sport. The house itself has two bedrooms with double beds (1.4mx 2.0m), a large bathroom with floor-to-ceiling, new large shower, separate toilet and a large living room with an integrated kitchen. Central heating also allows holiday fun outside of summer. If it gets too hot, an air conditioning system installed in 2014 creates a comfortable room temperature. This can be regulated separately for the living room and the two bedrooms.

THE KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer and extractor hood, stove, coffee machine, raclette device, pots, glasses and dishes for max. 6 people). An ironing board and iron are also included. A new dishwasher has been completing the kitchen since 2019.

OUR GARDEN:
The garden has a Mediterranean layout and has a large terrace and an illuminated pool (depth 1.7 m). 4 wooden chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol invite you to sit.

GARAGE:
If you are worried about your car, you can use the entrance to the garage. In this are also the wheels and the washing machine.


PLANTS
The garden has about 350 square meters and is laid out with the typical plants and trees that are overjoyed if you get watered from time to time. Thank you!

WIFI / TV
For those who do not want to do without their beloved flicker box even on vacation, there is a small flat screen with satellite connection for German television at their disposal, as well as a stereo system for playing their favorite CDs. A telephone connection was deliberately avoided, since cell phones are now standard equipment.

The situation should be emphasized again. You can be on the beach in 20 minutes by bike and ride a cycle path directly on the Canal de Midi. For me one of the most beautiful bike paths ever. You can leave your car at home during your entire vacation.

Hausferien all in
Tolle Woche in Ferienhaus verbracht, das alles bietet, was es braucht. Bei wunderschönem, warmem Wetter meiste Zeit am wunderschönen Strand von Portiragnes Plages und auf Ausflügen verbracht. Pool haben wir gar nicht benützt. Gute, umfassende Information von Vermieter erhalten, besten Dank.

Notre séjour s’est bien passé dans votre maison située dans un quartier très calme, cuisine fonctionnelle, climatisation réversible très agréable pour cette fin d’année, seul petit souci les couchages ne sont pas en adéquation avec le reste des prestations ( épaisseur minime ) Nous avons été bien accueillies par le fils du voisin lors de notre arrivée sur le lieu de location. Proximité pour les visites de Sète, Béziers, cap d’agde….. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans votre maison. Gabrielle et Valerie

Belle maison tout confort
Maison très agréable pour une petite famille. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Les chambres et la pièce de vie sont climatisées. La piscine est parfaite, bien propre et à l'abri des regards. La grande télévision récente permet de se reposer au frais lorsqu'il fait trop chaud dehors. Internet super rapide (fibre optique). Allée de garage permettant de garer sa voiture, il y a de la place au garage pour ranger 2 ou 3 vélos. Le séjour s'est bien passé, un petit stress au début à cause du frigo qui ne refroidissait pas assez mais Stéphane le voisin est venu régler cela et ensuite je n'ai plus eu besoin de son aide. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité et la maison est un petit palace.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem exzellent ausgestattetem Haus gefühlt. Der Pool ist Klasse und wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausherrn verlief äußerst freundlich und direkt. Als Ansprechpartner vor Ort steht der Nachbar zur Verfügung.

Tolle Unterkunft, super Vermieter
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in idealer Lage für ruhige Tage am Pool aber auch für Fahrten in die benachbarten Städte oder die Domaines im Hinterland. Das Meer ist mit dem Fahrrad, der Canal du Midi zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter unterstützt mit super Tips und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fanden das, was wir uns gewünscht haben!

Sehr schönes Haus, was mit allem ausgestattet ist was man benötigt. Ruhige Lage, schönes landschaftliche Umgebung. Da wir schon mehrfach in Portiragnes waren, kannten wir die Umgebung. Das Haus war bisher das beste was wir dort hatten.

Wir waren schon öfters in der Gegend, jedoch bisher immer in Mobilehomes. Dieses Jahr dann das erste Mal in "festen Wänden". Hat alles super geklappt - vom ersten Kontakt - Tip's zum Urlaubsort - Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und nette Nachbarn - komplett und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wenn es uns das nächtste Mal in die Region zieht, steht dieses Feriendomizil ganz oben auf der Liste.

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in diesem hübschen Haus in ruhiger Wohnlage in einem netten kleinen Ort. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, nicht weit zum Strand und auch günstig gelegen für Wanderungen in den Bergen sowie für Besichtigung der kulturellen Orte des Languedoc.

Für uns war es der 3. Besuch innerhalb von 5 Jahren und immer wieder sind wir begeistert. Angefangen vom netten Vermieter, den Nachbarn, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen bis hin zur Einrichtung des Hauses, die sukzessive optimiert und erneuert wird. ... vom ersten Entdecken hier, über den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, einem persönlichen Treffen, gespickt mit unbezahlbaren Tips für Portiragnes und Umgebung, bis hin zum wundervollen Haus inmitten des Orts... einfach perfekt. Es hat einfach ganz besonderen Flair, im Urlaub, bei bestem Wetter, morgens durch die kleinen Gässchen Portiragnes zu schlendern und frisches Baguette zu besorgen. Ausnahmslos ALLES ist wie beschrieben und war für uns perfekt zum relaxen. Leider verfliegen gerade die schönen Tage immer wie im Flug. Vielen Dank Herr Riesenberger, war sicher nicht das letzte mal, daß wir Ihre Gäste sein durften.

Tolles gemütliches Haus mit eigenem Pool in ruhiger Nachbarschaft
Unser Aufenthalt (Juli 2017) entsprach zu 100% dem was wir uns erhofft haben: ein gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit voll umfassender Ausstattung (Fahrräder, Pool, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit allem was man benötigt, WLAN, deutsches TV). Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war exzellent und problemlos, auch während des Aufenthalts war der Vermieter telefonisch erreichbar und stets freundlich, ansonsten sind die ebenfalls sehr freundlichen einheimischen Nachbarn stets zur Hilfe. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort wo es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wochenmarkt sowie zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte und Lokale gibt. Der Strand ist ca. 3km entfernt, der Canal du Midi wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad direkt angebunden. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
