Pets are allowed in our home. However, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and Pit Bulls are unfortunately restricted by the property management company of the building. Please let us know during your booking process if you are bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.

To abide by local legal requirements and the regulations of our community, you may be asked to provide a digital copy of your government-issued ID upon booking your reservation, as well as pass through our quick and easy online verification portal for a routine background check. This information is collected for screening and verification purposes only and is not kept on file.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement governing the terms of the stay.

By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
*To be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
*You acknowledge you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
*You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
*You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification via our portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

A door camera is mounted at the front door of our unit for security purposes.
A decibel device is installed inside the unit to monitor noise levels.
