A very good basic hotel convenient to the airport and medical facilities. There is a shuttle and ample parking. Restaurant serves breakfast (Weds-Sun only) but no other meals.

NO vending machines in lobby, or dining as described. Breakfast for 1 was 25.00 , 2 eggs, burt cold toast, one waitress for 13 or more patrons,2.50 for a cup of coffee. Too bad of a smell of chlorine in pool and area. Elevator was so slow and shakey, was told not to use service elevator closest to my room, which was much faster. Your front desk clerk Haven, was the Best part of my stay, assisting me in looking for lost key fob to car. She was an excellent customer service rep for Clarion.

Went to climb in my bed and there was a gel pill laying there. It was so late when I got to bed, I put it by the tv and brought it to the desk as soon as I went to check out. The person at the desk didn’t care and all they said was, “it’s just an Advil pm”. Excuse me dude, but had I been a small child and ingested that, this would be a whole different story! So was my bedding not changed, or were people sleeping on the job?

Clarion was a perfect spot for us. We went to a show at Thompson's Point, and it was a really easy drive to and from there. The check in and out times are super reasonable, and there is a pool and hot tub to ease those dancing pains. The bathrooms were clean, but very oddly set up. We'll be staying here every time we go to Thompson's Point!

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were there for a music festival and this was the most convenient location. While overall the room was clean, our room smelled overwhelmingly musty. No amount of Febreze would help. We left early.
