Our stay was pleasant and as well as can be expected for a hotel of this caliber. The hotel smelled smoky everywhere though. You can see that there is effort to maintain the property but with that smell, I think they should start replacing the furniture and ensure that their smoking rules are not broken once installed. Food can be better too. The price was high IMO but it seems all hotels are expensive in the area.

good location for easy access
The location was good, easy access to restaurants, shopping and the freeway. Unfortunately, the hotel smelled like marijuana, and maintenance overall was not great. Peeling bathtub, no trim on exterior of room doors. Breakfast was so so. Lots of bread, pancakes, and waffles, but limited fruit (apples), and nothing like boiled eggs or yougart. There were ALOT of construction trucks in the parking lot and over the weekend the parking lot felt unsafe. Midweek it was fine. We stayed for 6 days and honestly if we had not prepaid and had other family members coming in that also booked there for a memorial nearby we would have gone elsewhere. Staff was nice and always available.

When walking in there was some one eyelash. On the bathroom and that the room also had a smell of a man Cologne when. Asking for. Extend check out explaining that we just needed one more hour because we were about to travel 12 hours. The lady still insisted she could not. Just extend That Was very irritating

No place for families or children! Not Accessible!
Be careful!!! This is my worst experience with a motel/hotel in 25years. It was dirty, COMPLETELY inaccessible & unsafe for children/families. We booked a non-smoking, handicap access room for mobility disability/asthma issues. Disabled person can’t walk stairs/long distances. She can walk to access, 1st floor hotel rooms- which is norm. Another room booked for a mom& 3 girls- 1 w/asthma. Entrance to building, nearest to our handicap room, included going down stairs WITHOUT hand rails, OR a very round about, long walk. Neither safe for mobility disabled. Thin/jittery/smoking people blocking pathway on stairs. Hallway floors & walls dingy/dirty, loud tv’s playing, people had doors open, some with clothes hanging on them. Hallways smelled like weed & cigarette smoke- very strong. Was visibly smokey. A man who looked rough/unstable/jittery walked past us. The access. room smelled VERY strong of cigarette smoke-furniture/ bedding smelled dusty/smokey. Bathroom corners, drain, & sink were dirty. There was what looked like a smear of poop on the curtain. We didn’t want the 3 children to come in the building. It was distressing & unhealthy fordisabled fam member w/asthma. The disabled person cried- she did not feel safe & front desk man came down to the room & got mad at her and I. He denied there was a weed smell & smokiness in hallway. Denied the dirty bathroom, said the room smoke smell wasn’t bad, & said to just not touch the brown smear. Denied giving us a refund.
