Great staff. Very friendly. knowledgeable about voodoo donuts and stuff to do around the area. This was a last minute booking so it was nice that the staff helped with things to do around the area. Room was very clean and nice.

We got a room on 11th floor with magnificent view on Old Town in Portland. Room was clean, cozy. There is Bar with dinning options for guests (of course you have to pay additionally), also you need to pay extra for parking. Otherwise, it is nice place to stay in downtown area.

Valet parking was expensive but seemed much more secure than any of the parking garages in the area. Our room was a very strange shape and due to location let in literally no light with blinds open (1218) but was clean and the bed was comfortable.
