Overall room was very clean. It’s quiet one suggestion I would make is to put the TVs on the wall for easier viewing. Also would highly recommend replacing the toilets as they are extremely low. Byron Grill was clean. Good service. Good food check in also, was good, I was able to make our transportation appointment pick up time and a wake up call.

The security of the west tower is none, anyone can walk through the front slidong doors without a key. There were many non paying customers hanging out in the entrance of the West tower when my children and I were trying to get to the room on the 3rd floor. Dofs were barking all.night, the bed wqs dirty you could tell .The West tower definitely needs some renovations. Parking was INSANE, all options were taken, we circled multiple times wastong over a half hour before going into the hotel. We ended up parking in a no parking area as we had no choice.

In a recalcitrant fashion, the hotel staff (including front desk and concierge) refused to provide a service I paid for, breakfast, despite showing proof of purchase. They advised me to direct complaints to the manager who had a disconnected phone line. My email was responded to 5 days later, “it should not have happened.” They will work on training the staff better…

Airport tram drops you right across the intersection from this hotel front door. Very convenient, but beware the hotel has no signage on the front indicating its name, only the double tree logo up top. This caused us to walk a block further in the cold, wet, late night dark.

We stayed for two weeks. The first week the room was only cleaned twice the bathtub kept clogging couple of times I had to unclog myself because maintenance were taken forever was very disappointed at the hotel

Best Service Around!
The hotel staff couldn't be any better. Very helpful, polite and understanding. Truly an amazing group of people willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Room was fabulous. Perfectly cleaned and very dog friendly.
