The security of the west tower is none, anyone can walk through the front slidong doors without a key. There were many non paying customers hanging out in the entrance of the West tower when my children and I were trying to get to the room on the 3rd floor. Dofs were barking all.night, the bed wqs dirty you could tell .The West tower definitely needs some renovations. Parking was INSANE, all options were taken, we circled multiple times wastong over a half hour before going into the hotel. We ended up parking in a no parking area as we had no choice.

I needed a room close to PWM for an early morning flight and for the price it was clean safe and convenient with a shuttle. The property is a little bit “tired” but the staff was really nice from check-in to checkout as well as shuttle driver

Parking is very difficult I’m the evenings just after 6pm We had to park so far away. We have been staying ag this Hilton for many many years. The evening cookies are also amazing

Very odd layout makes it difficult to enter room. The random cord strung across the floor was strange and unsafe. No night stand on both sides of the bed was not a good idea. Just a poorly executed hotel. The shower needed a renovation and good cleaning. Highlight of the stay was a warm cookie.

There was dried blood on the walls next to the bed and splattered on the picture hanging there. There was no shower soap in the bathroom only bar soap. There’s also no way to close the curtains over the big windows. There’s only a lacy curtain that covers the window. Then around one in the morning there was fighting and what sounded like people destroying dumpsters in the parking lot adjacent to the building. For the amount of money you pay for a room, I expected it to be clean, have working window coverings, soap in the bathroom and at least continental breakfast. I was wrong.

The staff was terrible. The dining area and bar was staffed by one person…cook bartender hostess was the same person. Could not get served, the front desk staff was very rude. The elevator was not working, the ice machine was not working

The bathrooms need updating. Our tub had chipped spots, the toilet needs to be replaced with higher ones, and the tv remote was so hard to navigate. However, the staff went above and beyond, and the pool was nice
