Spotlessly clean. Very new room with excellent bed and furniture. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff - both at the front desk and in the dining area. They put out complimentary cookies and apple juice after dinner. Nice touch. If I ever make it back to the Maine coast, this is the place to stay. Simply outstanding hotel.

It was a very nice place and the service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. While it is a pet friendly hotel, having rooms specifically identified as non pet rooms would allow people to stay in pet free rooms
