I stayed here over the Christmas holidays. The best part about this hotel is its convenient location near the airport, and the cleaning staff was excellent. Overall, it’s an okay place to stay, but it’s a bit noisy due to the trains that run next to the building. The hot water was more lukewarm, with low water pressure in the shower, which made me wish I had stayed somewhere else.

Ricky at the reception desk was very helpful, funny, and most importantly professional. The lobby was incredibly spacious, work out room a little smaller than usual at most Holiday Inn’s. Housekeeping, minor communication barrier but work ethics was satisfactory because I notice a few items wasn’t properly clean when entering into my room but of course I over looked the tedious work due to being prepared with Clorox wipes. Also, prior to check out my do not disturb sign was removed before 10am(hard knock at the door from housekeeping) and check out is at 12pm. Lastly, I’m accustomed to free international breakfast at all locations however, you receive only free cup of coffee and fee of $16.00 dollars to eat breakfast I don’t dare ask how much dinner cost. Of course, nice experience just wished breakfast was all inclusive like the remaining establishments and parking had been free rather than surcharge if $10.00 a night with limited of parking stalls.

A little bit older hotel, but for early morning flight it works. Son liked the pool, husband liked the bar, hot showers, cool air. Easy convenient parking (only $10 /night with stay) .. won’t have a chance to check out breakfast, would definitely book again. Close to shopping and eateries, especially during the holidays. Staff was polite and helpful.

I stayed 4 nights and was not able to safely and comfortably use the restaurant, lobby, pool or gym. There was a conference of people dressed up offensively and inappropriately. They were loud, knocking into people and made me bet in easy. The entire lobby, halls, and main areas were filled with them and loud music. This went on 3 days and 3 nights of my stay. This was not a family friendly environment to those just staying at the hotel.
