Policy is guaranteed 3:00 check in. My room wasn’t ready until 5:00. Third attempt to check in and it was ready. They said they would call when ready and never did. Had to keep going back to hotel. I had booked online and prepaid. Everyone was nice. But the room wasn’t ready! Why guarantee
