Siempre nos ha gustado este lunar ,Algo que no fue muy conveniente esta ,ves tuvimos una estadia de tres noches ,No estavamos informados Que si queriamos servicio de limpieza lo tendriamos que pedirlo una noche anterior ,Duramos las tres noches sin limpieza con las basuras llenas y si no hubiera pedido toallas no habría toallas,creo que hacen más difícil acceder a cuartos limpios y hace que el hotel esté bajando el Nivel de limpieza de los cuartos ,ya que esta ves tenían un olor que antes no ,Nos gusta mucho este lugar ojalá que continúen con el nivel de limpieza que siempre han tenido no solo en el recibidor pero también en los cuartos .

I did have kind of a rough experience at check in with one particular staff member, but we worked it out and the rest of the staff was incredible. The valet and door service was a nice treat. Very great location if walking to Moda or the convention center. Overall I would stay there again. This is no reflection on the hotel, but the neighborhood does not feel as safe as it used to. As a regular visitor to Portland, I have never felt unsafe on the streets after dark in that general region, but that was not the case this time. I do think the hotel might consider having security around their back entrance after dark. I was walking back from a concert late and had a few uncomfortable experiences.

Came into Portland for an event at the Moda. This hotel was the perfect location. Walking distance to the venue and secure parking. Easy access to MAX line if you wanted to explore other areas of the city. Clean room with comfortable bed and newly updated amenities. Helpful and friendly staff.

Appealing hotel! Effortless access to the light rail and convention center. Great interior common spaces. I had a lovely room—I could watch sunsets from the floor-to-ceiling window, which was nice after a convention-going day!
