This is a very stylish, comfortable property. I would definitely stay here, but you should know ahead of time that it's not in the best neighborhood. It's not awful or dangerous, but it's kind of a light industrial area, and there's a homeless shelter right across the street from the hotel. There are also yoga studios and cafes nearby but it's definitely not the heart of the city.

Great location, room and hotel looked brand new even though the staff told me it was redone in 2022. Staff was exceptionally nice as well.

Across the street from a help center for homeless. At night it is loud, avoid rooms facing the street. Valet personnel disappear for a while, I had to go across the street to the parking garage to get my own car.

Staff is incredible!!! They made the hotel worth while! I wanted to like this hotel but I could not. It is drafty and parts were dusty. But again the staff were ALL very wonderful and helped me to feel comfortable in this hotel where there were many things that were broken and not comfortable.

We almost always stay here when we are in Portland since its in walking distance of the venue we enjoy. Staff are always nice and helpful, and it is reasonably priced. Highly recommend staying here

One of the most aesthetically pleasing hotels i’ve ever been to. Gorgeous decor in the lobby and the rooms, there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel as well. Very secure, you need to use your key card to access the elevator and the rooms, you also need a key card to get into the building after 10pm. Staff is very friendly aswell! My only complaint would be that they require an incidental deposit of $100 each night just incase you eat any of the candy/drinks that come w the room. This was not made clear to me until halfway through my visit. The deposit was above the price of the room for 3 nights. Other than that, this place is amazing and I will be staying here again.
