Amazing night staff!
I have stayed in more hotels than I can count. The service from the two late night gentlemen is above and beyond the best service we have ever received. They were both incredibly kind and accommodating. We will always stay at Hotel Lucia when in Portland solely based on their service and hospitality. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable during our short trip. We can’t wait to return!

Overall experience was not great
Stuck in a handicapped room. Sink was terrible, shower was impossible, bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, pillows gave me a headache, ZERO view, light from a conference room permeated the “blinds”all night, dark, disappointing room.

Nice lobby and friendly staff. I just wish the room was a bit better for a deluxe room I was told there were no upgrade options from it. I don’t expect the hotel to do anything extravagant but I was hoping they would have some sort of happy birthday message for my wife atleast to make the stay more memorable. Overall we enjoyed the stay thank you
