Great location if you are going to an event at the convention center, as it is literally across the street. The lobby and in-house restaurant is quite good. My only real gripe was that it can be pretty noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. I could hear people in an adjacent room talking through the walls to the point where I could make out their conversation. Also if you are on the side of the building that faces the convention center, you are also facing the light rail track, which runs (and makes noise) until about half past midnight.

Absolutely my best lodging experience in Portland!!! Breakfast was covered and excellent. Parking was cheap and easy and the location is central and close to basically everything. I’ll be back for sure!

everything went well, except for the breakfast, there was much too long of a wait we could not make it in. had to go elsewhere and then the hotel staff could not take care of the charges, saying they don't do the booking. honestly the breakfast should be offered at check in not while booking. that way if its not used it can be refunded right then and there

We had a pre-existing hole in the wall from the previous tenants, reported it immediately, then had the maintenance person come back 3 times, still not fixed. Then maintenance person came back at 4 30 am to fix while we were sleeping in our beds. My issue is that Hyatt sent out an auto email, and never responded. I don't want free stuff I just want Hyatt to know that that actually happened.
