Staff was friendly and most helpful. room is clean, but problem with electronic card for the door. there is no butter provided for breakfast service. bad soundproofing, we can hear guest in the next room, can hear the shower when being used, both in the middle of the night. sink in the bathroom needs updating. smell of marijuana in the elevator, scent likely from other guests riding the elevator.

The staff was super nice and friendly and helped us right away and it’s quiet besides the planes but it’s a good place to stay I’ll definitely stay again and they have breakfast

They lied and took my money. my reservation was supposed to be for $306 with my pet fee but they charge my card $185 for a pet fee and my dog did not damage anything. And when you called to talk to someone at the hotel, they don’t know nothing. I don’t recommend staying here.

Bed bugs! DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked for Friday-Sunday for a family of 5. Woke up with bed bugs crawling around my family and younger daughters. Collected six or seven live bugs to take to front desk for proof. Took pictures and videos. Wife woke up with 28 bites around her stomach, back, feet, arms and hands. Son also had bites on his back. Went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do and I should make a Claim with expedia since I didnt book with them. Front desk didn't offer to change my room or refund my money. Family refused to spend another night. Front desk handed me a card for the manager I could contact. Girl at the desk said “Ive never even seen a bed bug or knew what they were” I left her the cup with the bed bugs, staff needs to be trained properly. We left and drove home Saturday Morning cutting our weekends short. Expedia had me contact hotel and after 4 days of going back and forth I was refunded. Hotel was refusing to refund because I hadn't payed for insurance. I will never stay at any La Quinta property's ever again or recommend them. Has the worse experience. Family is traumatized of staying at another hotel any time soon.
