Luxurious treehouse!
We loved our time in this guesthouse! It is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and close to the beach and the tourist towns (assuming you have a car). We would absolutely stay there again.

It is what’s advertised
The pictures made me scratch my head, too but it’s all there. It’s clean, everything you need works. Great location. Make a left, make a right, your in Dock Square, Kennibunkport. It was nice vacationing there the first time with this place as home base.

Property was filthy upon arrival. No professional cleaning from last renters. We had to clean ourselves and change all linens. Problematic toilet during our entire stay. Lots of excuses blamed on Covid for condition of property. WOULD NEVER RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN

We had a wonderful time in Kennebunk. The annex was clean, bright and airy! We will definitely return!! The only complaint is that the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable.

Nice property, bright and cheerful.
We stayed in the apartment above the garage and it was very nice. Property manager didn't respond to 2 emails that I sent but did get back to me on a different topic by phone a few hours after I called her. Kitchen didn't have any any saran wrap, aluminum foil or plastic bags and Tupperware lids didn't fit containers.

Bright, roomy property with all conveniences - shame about the beds
Overall this is a wonderful property! It has great modern conveniences, particularly a beautiful kitchen & bathroom. The decor & furnishings are very tasteful but lack comfort - living area chairs & beds were disappointingly uncomfortable, & the bed linens did not match the high quality of the rest of the property. The location is fantastic - close to beach, main roadways & Kennebunkport village. We would have happily stayed longer & continued to have a wonderful time at this property. One point of annoyance I dislike is paying a decent cleaning fee of $100 for less than 2 days, yet there are strict instructions to take trash out to dumpster, strip beds, towels to bathroom etc etc otherwise there will be an additional $100 fee! Seems rather inhospitable when we need to be out by 10am with toddlers in tow!
