Enjoy our newly remodeled space that is perfect for your business trip or family get away! We are conveniently located 11 minutes from I-205, 9 mins from Clackamas Town Center, 17 mins to Portland International Airport, and 21 mins to downtown Portland. This home is a one level living with a bonus room upstairs in a peaceful setting with large deck that includes a hot tub and swing/slide set for entertaining or quiet evenings. Our home is located within walking distance to Happy Valley Park!
The space
Our space is 2778 square feet of home-away-from-home! Our full sized, fully stocked kitchen has all the kitchenware you need to make those homemade meals you miss when traveling. Enjoy a peaceful back yard while you enjoy your complimentary morning coffee from local Happy valley roasters.
Guest access
You have full use of the house including washer and dryer, and you can grill in the back yard as well! We will have an outdoor grill with propane supplied where you can relax and barbecue or enjoy a relaxing evening. You also have a 2 car parking garage and additional parking on our driveway.

Thank you for your booking. We hope that you are having a great time. This is just a gentle reminder that our place is a no-smoking environment and we do have a strict " No Party" policy imposed. We do have a close relationship with our neighbors and we humbly ask that you respect their privacy and keep noise to a minimum level especially after sunset. Please note that any complaints about noise/parties, unruly behavior, improper conducts or disturbances are considered a breach of contract and offenders will be liable for a fine and an automatic eviction from the property with no refund.

Elegant yet cozy home with all the amenities
Our family was in town to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. It was the perfect home to accommodate us with many super comfortable bed options, wonderful large open kitchen for fun family meals, hot tub in a beautiful backyard, lots of living room seating options for great conversation and close the park just to name a few. Ruth was a delight to communicate with and always very responsive. I would highly recommend this home and we look forward to return shall we have another family gathering that brings us to town.

Amazing house
We loved our stay at this house! It was big and modern and very well furnished and decorated. We stayed here before and after our wedding and it was perfect. The owner was amazing and super accommodating. Cute and quiet neighborhood.

Lots of space and great for travelers with small children
Loved this property. It's beautiful and spacious, with lots of room to relax, visit, and play. I traveled with a 3 year old and 2 year old, the play structure in the backyard was awesome and this house is right across from the street (1 min walk). There was a snowstorm in Portland while we were in town and the house was cozy and comfortable. It was fun to use the hot tub surrounded by the snow. The host was a good communicator and offered us a late checkout on the snow day. I will certainly stay here again. House is about 25 mins from Omsi and 1-1.5 hrs from Timberline Lodge for skiing.

Just right!

The property was as advertised, and then some. Beautiful and roomy home, nicely appointed, super comfortable, nice quiet neighborhood near a large park, if you are looking for a temporary home in Happy Valley, this is your place.

Good for family gathering
This is a lovely, large home in a beautiful suburban neighborhood. We stayed here with kids and grandkids while in the area for a family wedding. The house is immaculately clean and very thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. The kitchen is fabulous. Be aware that there are a lot of beds but only 4 bedrooms. Also, only one full bath and one half bath outside of the master suite. This worked fine for close family but might not be great for everyone.

Beautiful home
This house was everything we could’ve asked for for our wedding weekend. We stayed here with our bridal party and used it as a base to get dressed for the day our photographer met us at the house to take pictures and drive over with us to our wedding venue are pictures are absolutely stunning in part to this beautiful house. It had everything we could’ve asked for the hot tub was great Foosball table was used full kitchen and lots of space

Ruth has the most beautiful and cleanest property I ever had the pleasure of staying at. All of the furniture and bedding felt so clean and new. Her bedding felt high end and super comfy to snuggle in. Ruth even provided tons of towels and amenities such as sunblock band aids and women toiletries. Everyone in our group had complimented on how nice the property was. It had more than enough space and things to do. We weren’t able to use everything that was provided to us. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone going to Portland. Only 20 mins from the airport and 7 mins from main stores. Ruth was very responsive when contacted through the app and by phone. She made sure my stay was comfortable and did everything she could to make things happen. Thanks Ruth!
