The breakfast food was almost inedible, the sausage was cold, the eggs were definitely powdered, the coffee in the room came from a tea bay and there was very limited creamer & sugar (1powder creamer/2small sugar packets). The shower took 5mins to warm up. The pull out bed from the couch was thin, came with one thin blanket, one small pillow, and when you laid down it on it you could feel the bars underneath you. Our entire stay we could hear the lacrosse team partying in the hallway.

We came a month ago and loved it so we decided to book here again. Our stay this time, again we loved the room, the evening front desk employees were super helpful and kind. We came on what appeared to be a busy weekend, the first evening when we went to use our bar coupons the bartender was extremely short and snippy. It was our anniversary and left a sour start to the evening. In our last stay we loved the breakfast bar. This time our first morning they were out of most items and not restocking, we assumed it was Because it was close to the end of the service time, our last morning we came down for breakfast at 8:00, breakfast is open 7-10 and when asked about made to order eggs/omelets the employee was extremely rude, stating they were done preparing them for the morning. I understand that it was a rather busy weekend but the service from employees during the business felt rude, and annoyed by our presence. I will definitely take it into Consideration when booking again.

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for our family and they also had free breakfast in the mornings and a complimentary drink at night. Gated parking was nice. We will definitely stay here again when in the Portland area.

The bartender, Daniel, was amazing! He interacted with all the guests & remembered their favorite drink & food orders! Daniel, has a mind like a steel trap, how does he retain all of the guest’s preferences? He is exceptional! The bar was full every night because of his over the top customer service & he did it all by himself! He is truly dialed in! Thanks for a great exchange Daniel!
