I can't say enough about my experience. The staff was AMAZING. I regret not getting their names (was the front desk lady Sam?) and the gentleman who drives the shuttle were so helpful and outstanding. I can't wait to go back!!

Well the room was not at all what was in the picture. In the bathroom there was peeling paint above the shower. The fan was disgusting. And the bar food was disgusting.

Great getaway at the Portland Regency
We loved our stay here. The room was lovely, the bed was so comfortable, and having access to the spa was delightful. Love that it was walking distance to great restaurants, shops, etc. And we had do much fun chatting with Liz at the hotel's whiskey bar! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Regency for two nights after Christmas and had a very nice visit. The room was spacious and clean and we were able to upgrade to a king sized bed instead of two doubles. We really liked the valet parking because there was no on street parking available. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to leave our bags with the valet while we waited for our room. The reception was very nice too. We would stay here again because of the great location and friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel with great staff and perfect locat
Lovely hotel situated on a lovely walking street in Portland. Such a friendly staff, very service oriented, nice restaurant and other cozy sitting areas on the main floor. The spa is a plus! We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was not as spacious as the last time we stayed. It had a very small window and it was noisy with the heat shaft and the bathroom's water. The coffee machine was not working. We were disappointed.

On arrival my wife fell on cobblestone drive. Staff commented it happens. From there we had a drink in lounge. First time I had ice floating in martini made with rubbing alcohol by taste. Room we got was nice! Right next to lobby so I could hear everything that happened Not a fan of the Regency Portland Spa and Motel, Yes motel
