Checking in was bad. A line to check in . They had us all check in and no rooms was ready. They said give us some time and we'll let you all know when rooms are available.tgen people started checking in and getting rooms while we all sat in the front watching people check in and get rooms

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I booked a room for my sisters wedding (I paid for hotel and $75 extra for rose petals) and when my sister arrived they made her pay again. They said there was not reservation made when I even have emails from manager. When I went to speak with staff at desk employee who refused to give his name slammed door in my face and told me to F off. There were other guests in hotel that witnessed this and they also reported similar experiences so we exchanged contact info and yet I still have not heard from hotel. Never again will we stay there and I will be fighting to get the refund that I paid and that my sister paid. I truly hope that the hotel will reach out and fix there mistakes

Large, comfortable, clean room. Loved having 2 easy chairs so both my husband and I could have someplace to sit at the same time.. Adequate breakfast in good diningroom. My only complaint was the AC compressor was failing and very loud. I finally turned it off so I could sleep. Don't stay in room 302. I am sure other rooms are fine.

Good but needs some upgrades
First off they would not take cash as payment even when they had my credit card. The carpet was extremely wore and ripped up to our room along with dirty scuffed walls. The room itself was good and clean. The mattress was a spring mattress and theres no mistaking that! The pool door didn’t unlock so you always needed front desk to open it. The location was good and rooms were clean, the rest needs some attention.
