The cleaning crew working in the hallway outside my room were talking to each other in loud voices. They were socializing, not work related and quite loud. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant.

The room AC was off so room temp was very HOT. It took three hours to get back to the normal room temp for comfortable. We checked in at 9:00 PM and leaving at 5:30 AM so did not get enough sleep due to room temp.

Front desk was very kind but alone. Several people waiting to check in or make purchases. Someone needed help with room keys that seem to not be working for a second time. So we we all waiting while she had to go to the room to help them with the key. I would think that there would be at least 2 people working the desk. I would not feel safe working the front desk alone at those hours. Maybe being short staff was the issue? The building is clearly older. Has that people used to smoke in there smell. Lots of patch overs to fix what ever visible all the way to our room. Big crack in the sink. Also I forgot to mention to the front desk that I had cut my leg on a metal peice sticking out from the bed. Was a small cut but would not want someone else getting injured. It wa sthe bed on the right side of the room on the right side of the bed. Our stay was quiet and we were able to rest well after our long flight.

They make you pay for parking, and the electric chargers are horrible. 10 dollars for parking is crazy , there’s 3 diff hotels at this property and they’re all in on it. Made my stay horrible
