This wonderful suburban retreat offers a fantastic location and a number of amenities. The back of the property sits next to some greenspace and the Springwater Corridor Trail runs directly behind the home and has 21 miles of paved surface and stretches from Portland all the way to Boring, Oregon.

Upon entry you are greeted with a split level concept where the upper floor boasts an open living and dining layout that sits adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. Just down the hall there is a full bath shared with two of the bedrooms, while the third upper bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The Springwater Escape recently received a number of upgrades and enhancements. Every bit of furnishing and décor is brand new and was curated to help create that perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay.

Descending to the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms and a half bath. There is a second media area with ample seating. Make sure to play some of the preloaded original Nintendo games while listening to the library of vinyl records. When in the mood for something a bit more active, the garage has been converted into an epic game room with a bit of everything. It's loaded with electronic shuffle board, air hockey, foosball, and a GIANT Connect Four. All can be enjoyed by the entire group as there is even more seating and a huge TV to stream whatever you are in the mood for.

The oversized backyard is fully fenced so kiddos and pets can enjoy. You'll find seating on the upper deck while there is a brand new hot tub on the ground level that is a hit with most every group. Don't forget to go for a long or short stroll on the Springwater Trail just behind the home if you are in the mood. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Great stay

Friends and family had a lovely stay, place was very spacious and beds were super comfy. About an hour 15 min drive to Mt Hood Meadows and 25 min drive to city. It was perfect.

Cute place with plenty of room

We stayed here with family for Christmas and it was wonderful. Kitchen had all the cookware we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We even used the pullout couch on the lower level which was actually very nice. The yard was big and fenced in - our dog loved it.

Great in Gresham

Our family gathered in Gresham for a Thanksgiving get together that included our two cats. The property was a good fit with our needs. We prepared thanksgiving dinner at the house and found the kitchen was up to the project. Property management is top notch, very responsive and professional. The place would be fun in summer. Garage converted playroom was a bit to cold for use in November. There is some wear and tear that is to be expected in a short term rental. Some furniture had been broken and not yet replaced. Minor inconvenience. In summary, I recommend this property.

Ice Storm made the place unlivable

In summer we might have rated better. Unfortunately, the driveway and stairs were so icy we had to take our shoes off not to slip. It was incredibly dangerous to get in the house. The house was nice, although whomever cleaned it didn't vacuum under the couch and you can see under the couch coming up the stairs. The hot tub top was broken and the tub was lukewarm and 3/4 full. We reported the ice to the property manager, hoping they might have some salt or de-icer or even a shovel so we could make the place safe to walk. They said they didn't have any. We had a 3 night stay and at midnight on the first night the power went off. By 6 am the place was probably in the 30's-40's and really really cold inside. Of course we let them know and they were aware because a storm had come through. We had somebody who needed a breathing treatment in the morning on a machine and she was having difficulty breathing without electricity. We couldn't cook anything, we had no power, and it was freezing inside. So we left at around noon. There was still no power when we left. We were in constant contact with the management company and clear communication. When we asked for a refund for the following two nights, we were denied.

Great place!

We loved this house! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast (except a mixer) and the quality of the pots, pans and cutlery was amazing for a rental property. The kids (small and large) loved the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will definitely return!

Family Wedding Stay

The house was clean with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and made our stay a little easier for quick meals. The hot tub was ready to use when we arrived. The game room in the garage was a nice way to spend some of our down time. We used the house as a base for excursions to Portland and our son's wedding at the Cedarville Lodge. We would definitely stay at Springwater if we are in the area again.

Quick Trip

Our family came to town for a wedding. It was a very quick trip. This house was very close to the airport and the wedding venue, so it was perfect. The house was great. Well appointed, plenty of room for a family of 9. They also had gear for an infant which was nice. Game room was fun. The house was very clean, we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Kitchen is well stocked, even had to use the laundry unexpectedly, so glad it was available. Would rent again.

Family Time

Perfect place for a friends' weekend!

We recently enjoyed this property with 6 adults and one dog. Being old friends, we wanted a place to relax, catch up and enjoy the gorgeously Oregon sunsets. This house delivered! Awesome hot tub and game room, with lots of quirks all over the property. The house decor and bedrooms are adorable and modern. The neighborhood location was a great home base as we toured downtown the McMenimins Edgefield. Best, their kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need! Would stay again, and highly reccomend!
