This is the cutest hotel!! It is very quiet as well, I didn't hear ANYTHING while in my room! I stayed in the King Suite and it was worth the extra $$. I also received a $15 credit that I used to purchase a bottle of wine for the room! Very nice stay. The only suggestion I have is that the cleaning staff should inspect the sofas and chairs after each guest to clean any spills or "stuff" left behind. It was pouring rain that night so I ran to the closest place for food which was Kelly's bar and they were extremely friendly and the food was great! Overall, I love this hotel and I will be back!

An attractively quirky hotel with great service
Service was top notch with very friendly front desk staff. The room is quiet (we booked a corner room) and the decor was attractively quirky. Everything worked as it should. Location is exactly where we wanted to be. I wish there were more towel racks and a bidet, but I'm nitpicking. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We will return.

We had such a lovely time during our stay here. The staff here is exceptional and Karla is definitely a stand out!! Ready with a smile and helpful information about the area. We were warmly greeted, by name, by each of the staff members we encountered. We had a wonderful and roomy suite with an incredible view. I think we spent more time visiting in our suite than hitting the city. It was that wonderful!! Thank you,Karla and staff and of course, The Viscount of Portland! We will be back!

Awesome hotel but city is riddled with drugs. Might be safer to stay outside if downtown area. Shame..the hotel is fabulous and restaurant was good although completely empty.

The resort fee really feels like a rip off, considering the “spa” wasn’t open one of the days. Also, you have to spend the $15 daily, not cumulatively. Night staff was so much more friendly than the morning staff. Very nice workout facilities, with filtered water. Overall it’s a nice hotel, just weird to have a mandatory fee that can’t really be used.
