Don’t think I would stay here again
halls smell like hot garbage Can not open back door and have to carry all luggage all the way around, very inconvenient. Room was gross, old cigarette burns on counters, sheets had green gum substance stuck to it, blood on mirrors, floors were wet, room smelled like urine, mold on table legs Breakfast was ok if there was coffee made, lady refilling breakfast supplies was unpleasant.

Moldy and dusty. Cobwebs on ceiling. Pool and ice machine out of order. No elevator and they wouldn’t give us a room on 1st floor. We asked for a refund on room. They said we had to get it from Expedia. Expedia said refunds were up to the hotel. We have made a complaint with Maine Department of Health.

Fair value for price, but were disappointments
The service was great and the staff were very polite. I was disappointed the pool was out of service the entire time. They were short staffed so you specifically had to request the staff to clean or provide more towels. For the price paid, the breakfast would be considered adequate but was a bit disappointing selection wise.

Avoid if you can.
This place needs serious deep cleaning. The hallway carpet was loose and bubbling up in spots creating a trip hazard. The bathroom in our room was mildewy and I don't think they've cleaned behind the door in a few stays, there were hairs all over the floor behind the door. The room smelled weird, bad enough that we had to go buy some air freshener. The ice makers barely worked.

Good place to stay when one is too exhausted to drive for 4 hours from Boston the Brewer, ME after returning from. 5 hr flight from the west coast

Extremely basic room with no mini fridge or safe, shower was clogged and tub would fill during a short shower which exposed former guest’s hair..gross!, ice machine was loud and gave me almost a small bucket of ice after 20 mins of pushing the button. Also, an unsettling scene returning from a night out just after midnight to multiple cars near or under the porte cochere and a group of guys smoking and hanging out in front of the main entrance. Did not make me or my guest feel safe. Would not recommend unless you literally only need a place to crash for a night.

The halls and room smelled like dog or cat pee and our toilet was broken. We were on the bottom floor and it was so noisy that i could hardly sleep. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is okay. It is tired, the floor creaks and the ice machine didn't work. About what you'd expect for a discount hotel. It wasn't horrible, but in the future I'd spend a bit more money for a better hotel.
