The Silver Falls Suite is one of four units located on this Broadway property in the heart of the Portland, right off the streetcar line near the Moda Center, Convention Center, Downtown and all the infamous foodie joints. Sitting just three blocks from the BIKETOWN rental location, you have a number of transportation options.

Each one of our four vacation rentals are custom themed and fully furnished with large living room, formal dining room, full size kitchen, large bedrooms and large sun rooms. You won't find a better nightly rental deal in the Central City. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twins. There is a sofa bed in the sun room and a twin trundle in the dining area that is best for kiddos.

There is a large table in the dining room, so you can cook, share a meal together, and then go out on the town or stay in and watch a movie on one of the two Roku TV's with Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Hulu subscriptions. We have custom blinds, the upper units have great views of the city and the building has all of the charm and character you would expect from a custom built turn of the century old Portland fourplex.

You'll be able to enter and exit as you please with a unique door code. As this is a fourplex, you will only have access to the unit that you rented. The door to the stairwell to the basement is located in between the bedroom and bathroom. You may use the shared basement space, but please be courteous of other guests.

Parking: There is hourly paid parking directly in front of the building. There is also parking in the neighborhood across the street for free.
There are security cameras on property at the outdoor entrance and sidewalk.
The laundry space is in the basement and shared. There are two washers and two dryers.

Wonderful!
The clawfoot tub, stained glass windows, cozy furnishings, hardwood floors, plenty of space, multiple beds, lots of charm ... just a few of the things I loved about our stay. Maybe I've spent too much time in Portland, maybe not, but the reviews of the location didn't match my experience. It was very "Portland" to me. This place was great. Myself and teenage boys all appreciated it and it had such a relaxing effect on everyone. I would definitely recommend!

Great but not for Eight
The property was nice but really not for 8 people especially 8 adult sized people. For a smaller group this place would have been great. I had to call property management a couple times and they were quick to respond though I should not have needed to ask for sheets for a bed. There needed to be more sheets for the sofa bed as well as better pillows. The pillows seemed pretty old. The porch room seemed as if it had pets at some point because it set our allergies off. It was convenient to walk to places, so that was nice, and we appreciated the walkability to eateries and bars. It was close distance to many places you could eat or get a drink, which was nice.
