The spacious, open-concept kitchen and living area are sure to be the centerpiece for entertaining. A large backyard that faces Raleigh Scholls Park is an inviting space for outdoor gatherings. The covered deck and gas grill set the stage for summertime cookouts. The upgraded kitchen includes a suite of handy appliances including a toaster, a blender, and children's dinnerware. Two smart TVs are equipped for streaming all your favorite shows and movies. Monopoly, Catan, and Cards Against Humanity are also provided for added family fun.

Downtown Portland is six miles away and downtown Beaverton is less than three miles away. The Oregon Coast is 77 miles due west and Mt. Hood is under an 80-mile drive east. Closer to home you can spend the day exploring Washington Park (4 mi.), or use it as a launch point for a hike into Portland's 5,000+-acre Forest Park. 2 Parking spaces allowed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
