THE SPACE: Our Guest House is a beautifully designed, new construction 2BR/2ba home, with spacious double height common area and lots of natural light from 3 skylights. Comfortably furnished rooms with beautifully crafted winding maple staircase, natural finish wood doors & cabinets. A lovely full kitchen with maple cabinets, stone counters dishwasher, water filtration, refrigerator, dishes & cooking equipment, ample cabinet storage, electric range/oven and microwave oven. Washer/dryer in first floor bathroom, wifi, flat screen cable TV, mini-split heat pump & AC unit for total comfort, 2 tiled shower bathrooms with quiet vent fans. This is a fully furnished home and opens out to a lovely side yard.

Owners Rich and Patsy live in the front house on the property and are available as needed. Towels and linens are provided as well as toiletries, well equipped kitchen, coffee and tea. City permit # 16-108608.

Comfortable and Convenient!
We enjoyed staying in the lovely guest house. It is in a beautiful walkable neighborhood that is a short drive from the sites in Portland. If you walk one way along the street you run into shops and restaurants. Walking the other way takes you to the Willamette River. There was great communication with the on-site hosts. The house is clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful guest house in great neighborhood
This beautiful guest house is well appointed and thoughtfully designed. It had everything we needed for our family (2 adults, 1 teen). We were in town for an event at Reed College and the location was perfect. Quick drive to Reed and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in Sellwood. There is a very good bakery less than 2 blocks away and similar distance to local restaurants (we enjoyed Gino’s) and a nice wine bar. Easy drive into downtown Portland - about 15 minutes. Easy check in and good communication from owners. We will definitely stay here again.
