No response from host, no help from vrbo
I never recieved check in info from host. No response to msgs. Called vrbo placed on hold 30 minutes. Was never able to check in. I was not able to check in Vrbo ask about cleanliness on survey and it has to be answered. I don’t know if it was clean or not
