AMAZING hotel
AMAZING stay, cannot enforce this enough, the service may be the best I’ve seen in a hotel. If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet place to stay, with outstanding service, food, accommodations, this is it. Worth every penny!

O hotel é muito charmoso, todo em pedra e aconchegante. O quarto que fiquei (com piscina) é excelente, a comida boa, muitas opções de passeios e de locais românticos para tomar cafe da manhã e jantar no hotel.

Abaixo das expectativas pelo valor cobrado.
O hotel é lindo, a área do deck é uma delícia para tomar sol e também para tomar café, me apaixonei pela vista, os quartos são muito confortáveis e aconchegantes. Porém o serviço do restaurante deixou muito a desejar, muito desorganizado com atrasos aos pedidos, as vezes pareciam ter esquecido e só chegava depois de reclamação, comida do restaurante também estava ruim (infelizmente, pois já ouvi falar que era bom a certo tempo atras). O atendimento da recepção foi excelente, porém muitas solicitações não dependiam deles. O serviço do bar do Deck também foi excelente, os meninos sempre prestativos a tudo que foi solicitado para nosso conforto e bem estar. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado por 2 dias, e no segundo dia foi resolvido. Resumindo pelo preço da estadia o lugar não cumpriu com as expectativas minha e de meu esposo infelizmente. O serviço de SPA não usamos pois ele esta no momento intalado acima da recepção, nada atraente. Digo, porque ja fomos em outros hoteis do mesmo padrão e são sem defeitos.
