Uncomfortable beds, lots of trash in the beach right in front of the hotel, poor service experience around the pool. Planned to stay 3 nights but left after one due to poor quality beds

The staff are great; friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean however the condition is dreadful, well past its sell by date! Some major works need doing. The rooms are on the small size too, and do not have any tea/coffee making facilities. A shame because you can see the hotel has so much potential. Great to be right on the beach, plenty of parking. The pool is a good size but again needs some TLC although it is cleaned daily.

The hotel is near touristic attractions and there is easy parking, great pool, great restaurant. But, the room was a little outdated, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the AC very very loud.

Great hotel right on the beach. As it was November there were hardly any bars/restaurants open in the evening as they had closed for the season. Hotel was lovely

Beach front , good parking, clean and comfortable.
Parking was easy although it was out of season. Right on the beach front. Hotel was clean and comfortable and offered a good breakfast.

Fabulous price for an elegant little hotel on the Mediterranean! The hotel has chaise lounges and umbrellas on the beach mere steps from the terrace swimming pool - a rarity in Italy. I was traveling with a group of friends and they thoughtfully gave us all rooms on the same floor. Each room had a beautiful terrace with a sea view. Another thoughtful touch - clothes drying rack with clothes pins in the corner of each terrace. Nice in-house restaurant and bar on the main floor plus many other choices nearby. Hotel desk staff all speak English.

sad that the Sea view of Superior room was actually a car park and sea only visible if you looked round the side. Other Sea view room looked at neighbour building. the photo they'd used was from a locked corridor fire escape. The desk manager was rude. Only the cleaners had smiles.

Bike hotel with an awful restaurant
On its own the hotel was not bad though certainly no four stars. But the restaurant is to avoid. Beautiful setting with horrendous food, the worst we have ever experienced in Italy.

Nice hotel but needs maintenance
Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However, there was no hot water in the morning. Breakfast was very basic and quality below average. Roof was leaking and spots on the walls were everywhere ! Nice pool and close to the beach.

Staff at front NOT SUITED for working in service industry. Always MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU BOTHER THEM when asking for anything ranging from directions to information about restaurants in the town to getting an extra roll of toilet paper

Nice beach area and pool, although the swimming at the beach wasnt the best we found in Sicily. The restaurant was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Easy parking. Staff was helpful.
