Alright but not great
The stay was great but the room could be a little bit more cleaner, for the price I paid I don’t think it was worth that amount at all, good thing is it was really local and close to the night life areas and shopping centre but the rooms were not what I expected and a bit poor.

Wonderful place to stay. Very easy check in, great at giving late check in instructions. Get the top floor room if possible for great city views at night. The restaurant on the first floor is awesome and you can get a glass of wine when you return at night to bring up to your room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Concierge on whatsapp was very useful and responded fast with requests. Good attention to guests.

We were thrilled with our choice of Alibi for our hotel in Porto. Great location and phenomenal service. Extremely reasonably priced when we were there in June. The room we had was very basic (no view) but it was very comfortable, quiet, clean, and cool. The shared balcony view made up for the lack of one from our room. Ricky the concierge/manager was stellar: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend this hotel more. The view from the shared balconies was awesome. While we didn't eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant we did have an excellent breakfast every morning there including some of the best croissant and pastel de nata we've ever had. The only very minor "issue" was a lack of drawers into which one could unpack. Great location -- close to sights, shopping, and many excellent restaurants. Excellent service. Spectacular view. Great price.

Lovely apartment, very clean and trendy place. Location was perfect. Some of the staff could have been more friendlier as felt an inconvenience when asking about breakfast etc. The check in and out process was great.

I recommend the guest room. I felt comfortable in the place, very nice friendly and professional workers. I loved the view from the living area of each floor and the balcony. I wish my room had a view too. The restaurant was amazing, healthy and delicious food. The best meal i had in Portugal.

Nice modern hotel in good area of Porto
Yours Porto in Porto was a lovely little hotel. Only problem was that there is no lift and this made getting to the room difficult for my 80 year old mother - although this was my oversight as I had not asked for a room near the ground floor. But it is important to be aware of if travelling with someone with mobility issues. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic quality. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and attentive

Nice hotel
The hotel was In a great location and within walking distance to all the key attractions. The room was modern and nice, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It looked like it was brand new. It would have been even better if the room would have had a little fridge. On the first floor there is a very nice restaurant and it is really awkward getting in and out while people are eating. There was not front desk , but a very nice woman helped you with everything you needed when the restaurant is open. The sound proofing for the room was not the best so you could hear your neighbors or the cleaning lady working sometimes. The hotel sent too many email, most of them unnecessary and/or asking duplicate information. Overall I liked the hotel and I will stay again if I come back to Porto .

We had bed bugs in our room! The beds were not clean and the bathroom walls and ceilings were dirty. No deep cleaning was done. Very small property. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.
