Beautiful hotel in a great location. Really glad we stayed in Gaia rather than Old Porto. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Only negative aspect was that I did not expect the extra charges for breakfast or for use of the swimming pool and spa area which was a disappointment. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Excellent hotel in GAIA across from Porto. Clean as a whistle and very modern. Possibly the quietest hotel i have ever stayed in. Take note that you CAN walk to or from the cable car on the Gaia side quite easily to the hotel. So its relatively convenient to the train (yellow line) that runs across the Dom Luis bridge. And stops at the Jardim do Morro station.

I fell outside (of the hotel, not in) The staff saw my face and were so concerned and accommodating. The view from the 3rd-floor bar was absolutely beautiful, food amazing and the views spectacular.
