I liked that this place is not a hotel and has a limited number of rooms. The hostess is the most wonderful person. She wants you to enjoy your stay and will help you anyway she can, within reason, because you should remember this is not a hotel. We will definitely be staying there again!!!

Na Travessa is a gem! Very centrally located and beautifully designed and appointed. Clean and chic with everything one might want. Gorgeous rooms and fully modern bathroom. Lovely common spaces and delicious breakfasts. Best of all is the proprietesse Mariana who is so very friendly, helpful and organized. We would definitely recommend to anyone and happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. Mariana is extremely helpful and welcoming. She helped us with restaurant suggestions and where to find a nice fado show during our stay. Breakfast includes tasty fresh eggs, breads, yogurts, cheeses etc and some of the beat fresh orange juice we’ve ever had. Good location close to sao bento station.

One of the best!!
What a wonderful place to stay. Classy and clean. Mariana and her team are amazing - kind and so very hospitable. The breakfasts are delicious and the location is perfect (very close to the cathedral). We couldn't have asked for more perfect hosts. I highly recommend Na Travessa Suites.

This is an incredible, very high quality mini-hotel. It is a short one minute walk from the Metro and very close to the major sites. The hills of Porto are overstated, but it’s not flat. The rooms reflect considerable fashion and craftsmanship. The staff is among the best I have found anywhere. Healthy, tasty breakfasts! “I’ll be back!”

We loved our stay at Na Travessa Suites! The attention to detail is apparent in almost every aspect of how this guesthouse was designed and built. From the charming, comfortable rooms to chic lobby area to the accent lighting in the stairwells. The owner has a passion for providing the best quality you can find in Porto, which is demonstrated not only in the space itself but also in the lovely breakfast she served us in the morning (which included delicious handmade bread!). When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner and she highlighted a lot of her favorites places to visit in Porto on a map that she gave us. The location was great as it is close to a lot of great shops and restaurants, and is only a short walk to the famous Luis I Bridge. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for an affordable yet stylish place to stay in Porto. We hope to return and visit Na Travessa Suites again in the future!

Na Travesse is a very pleasant B&B-style accommodation that is managed by a helpful, welcoming owner and staff. Marianna, the owner, was a wonderful host during our stay, providing useful suggestions for restaurants and other points of interest. She encouraged us to text or email her while we were out of the inn for advice or help for our tourist activities. Na Travesse is small, but is clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent: eggs, freshly-baked pastries, juice, coffee/tea, fruit and yogurt. The inn is convenient to major tourist points of interest in Porto, as well as bus and subway stops.

Este hotel es espectacular ! Viajé sola y busqué un lugar que estuviera seguro, céntrico y a la vez silencioso y LO ENCONTRE! Na Travessa Suites es el lugar perfecto para descansar y desayunar delicioso. Nunca había conocido a alguien como Mariana, esta MUY atenta a cualquier detalle; se encargó de reservarme un taxi del aeropuerto e inclusive yo estaba batallando para reservar en un restaurante y ella logró hacerme reservaciones para cenar. La amabilidad y atenciones de Mariana son otro nivel ! En lo que respecta a la habitación, tuve la fortuna de quedarme en la habitación número 8, wow wow wow qué vistas tan más maravillosas! Podía ver directamente a la Catedral y a la ciudad de Oporto. Leí en alguna reseña que decía que se sentía insegura la zona y es completamente FALSO. Yo viajé sola y regresaba caminando sola ya de madrugada y NUNCA me sentí insegura. Regresaré pronto para hospedarme en este lugar ! Lo recomiendo ampliamente !
