Nomad's Boulevard Flats - Studio

Easy travels have never felt so good as they do on our 1BED Boulevard Bonfim. A small studio with a maximum capacity for 2 adults, this apartment is the perfect accommodation for casual travelers. Equipped with a double bed and one bathroom, it has all the necessary elements for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

On the first floor of a newly renovated building with no elevator, this apartment rests undisturbed by the street noises, as it is oriented towards the back of a residential complex with little to no movement at all.

Its primary feature is Light. Sunlight that reaches directly the entire apartment from one end to another. Facing the only windows of the studio, the kitchenette includes a petit dining area, a small freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment still provides a Smart TV, with apps like YouTube available. The entire studio has Wi-Fi connectivity and AC (hot & cold).

Towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The sleeping aea has a closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer.

At the doorstep of the building, our guests will find a Pharmacy, a Pastry Shop, an Italian Restaurant, a small Grocery Store, and our main office, open Mon to Fri, from 09 AM to 06 PM.

Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and Campanhã’s Train Station).

For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
