Historic Hotel in Great locatoni
Nice hotel with a ton of history in a great place in the city. Close to the main shopping district and 5 to 10 minutes to river. Very nice hotel and nice people working there.

The air conditioner was making noises at night, waking us up 2 nights in a row. The faucet was leaking. The cleaning staff was banging on the walls at 7 am. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

The location couldn’t have been better- very walkable to many attractions and easy access to metro. The staff were all very welcoming and helped arrange an earl transport to the airport as well as printing boarding passes.

Conviently placed so most sites are walkable. 5 mins to nearest metro. Hotel is nice. Standard room fairly small. Mattress quite hard which suited me but maybe not for everyone. Only drawback was shower pressure fairly low and bathroom floor very slippery when wet. Overall however good central hotel for a break in Porto.

We were met by the manager and the concierge escorted to our room and gave an overview of anything we might need. They had lovely dinner reservation suggestions as well as places to visit. Would highly recommend this hotel as well as location.

Your site indicated that our room would have a French balcony w/ French doors that we could open. But we only got 2 windows and neither opened. Sad to say, this is not the first time your site provided us with incorrect information.
