Very nice and neat. The room was very spacious with a little kitchen which was very convenient. Super comfortable. They don't have anyone at the front desk from 6 pm - 10 am the next day in case you need anything. There is an emergency number to call just in case there was something of urgent nature. That would be the only disadvantage I found

This property was more beautiful than we anticipated. The high ceilings, large bed, and full accommodations were greatly appreciated. Everything you need is within a 30 min walk and Bolt was always quick as well. When we come back to Porto, we would love to stay at this property again.

First the long instructios on how to enter and use the codes puzzled me a little but when you figure out at the place you start enjoying the beauty of the place. And private parkinglot is such a big deal in town when the streets are so narrow

There is a lot of art galleries on the street. Right up the hill is great shopping and eating options. Property had tall ceilings and felt roomy. The kitchen had the very basics as far as utensils, pots, plates, cups, etc. The grocery is very close so if you are staying more than a few days it is easy to pick up what you need for the day.

I already submitted a detailed review mentioning the brocken batroom fan, and many other similar things. I was a returning customer, but not anymore. It seems that customer's voice it is a just noise that comes and goes.

We loved it! The room was exactly like the photos, clean and spacious. The bathroom was super clean and the shower was great! Location is great and some really good restaurants nearby!

Kinda far from the city centre, the whole room felt very cold and uninviting. Stayed in the room with the 3 bunk beds and there were bugs on the walls. Top bunks very hot.

Hmmmm
If you are a light sleeper, stay away from this apt. Sound insulation is very poor, I was on the second floor, there were family staying above me with two kids running around. I could not get a good night of sleep while I was at this hotel, its as pictured, clean and spacious and beautiful but stay away if you are a light sleeper or asked to be on a third floor. Just pack light, there is no elevator at this apt.

The apartment is lovely, and the staff friendly. Due to the age of the building, there is some mold at the bottom of the windows.
