Very nice property. Weird that bathroom didn’t have a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Beds comfortable and room was comfortable.

Pictures incredibly misleading. Bathroom was disgusting. All doors were glass, would slam--not stay open/closed. AC did not work AT ALL. When complained, hotel did nothing. This was an absolutely terrible experience.

Our room was modern and a decent size. It looked out into an air shaft, which was a pity, but at least it meant the room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, although cooked items were tepid at best. Easy walking distance to shopping streets, riverside abd railway station.

Spent 4 nights here & we had everything we needed; asked for oat milk & it was delivered straight to our room & still water was replenished every day. Room was spacious & thoroughly cleaned every day. All staff were very attentive & helpful. Only downsides were that we had to use towel holders for our dresses & as a couple of friends, would have preferred the bathroom area to have had a main door from the room. However, we had a great stay & would highly recommend.

Great central location in Porto
The hotel is well located near to the old town and in easy walking distance of the cathedral, market and train station. The staff made us feel welcome at arrival and our room was lovely as pictured and immaculately clean. There were nice welcome touches of artisan chocolates and fresh fruit in the room as well as a coffee machine with coffee pods. We didn't eat breakfast but ate in the restaurant which has an italian style menu. The food was good and reasonably priced.

Perfect hotel for our stay in Porto. Cheerful check in, plenty of information provided. The room was lovely, very spacious & clean. It was my husbands birthday while we were there, we didn’t mention in but a cake and a bottle of fizz was left in the room - very kind!

The location is great. Hotel staff are not very helpful. I had to ask 3 times to have an iron finally sent up to my room. The worst part for me was that my sink and shower both drained very slowly. I let the hotel know and they had someone come to make sure the drains were ok, but it continued to be a problem. My stay was ok. I wouldn’t there here again though.

This was such a fantastic hotel, location, rooms, restaurant/bar, reception, all get a 10! From the moment we entered the front desk was so accommodating and one of them called the airport and helped me with lost luggage. The room was the nicest I've ever stayed in, we had a suite and it was so worth it, balcony, windows, living area, views from all windows, shower was fantastic. Guys at the bar were so great, this hotel in a must when in Porto, I give every aspect a 10!!!!

Good location and excellent service and breakfast . However the room is functionally badly designed with no wardrobe for dresses , no mirror on bedside table , weird and wrong glass door systems in bathroom/ toilet , wasted space by safe , limited view from room .
